Skin looks more even toned, texture is a little smoother. Results so far look great even at just six weeks. And for me at least, true to their little chart that says the 2% should have no redness and 5% a little redness, I had a little redness. I think tretinoin is one of the strongest but also harshest than other in the family so you would probably have a much better time with the Granactive since they're opposite ends of the spectrum for harshness.
